Discover the Role

The Associate, PMO - Engagement and Talent supports the operational delivery of talent and engagement processes within the PMO Engagement and Talent team. The role provides coordination and execution support for core HR initiatives and ensures continuity across platforms and reporting needs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support business-as-usual (BAU) processes including performance management, goal setting, and employee engagement surveys.
  • Assist in data collection, reporting, and process documentation to support talent programs and decision-making.
  • Coordinate and track deliverables across platforms.
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of PMO-led HR initiatives.
  • Contribute to operational planning, issue tracking, and workflow maintenance.
  • Provide backup support to ensure business continuity during planned or unplanned absences in the team.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience;
  • Understanding of HR processes including performance cycles and engagement surveys, to understand the context and confidentiality of data;
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms is an advantage;
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English language is mandatory;
  • Intermediate Excel skills for reporting and data handling;
  • Ability to manage daily administrative tasks, handling confidential HR data;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to perform initial data analysis;
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership and support a small, dynamic team;
  • Bachelor degree of Business Administration or HR related studies are preferable.
