Discover the Role

You will ensure that adequate support is provided with the day-to-day administrative activities, including communicating with the stakeholders, assisting with planning the delivery if current and new projects, organising meetings, preparing agenda and minutes, updating content for presentations. This a hybrid role (4 days in-office) which responsibilities include:


Key Responsibilities
  • Meetings and appointments organization
  • Managing diaries and emails
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Project management and co-ordination skills
  • Preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports for management, as required
  • Provide project updates ad reports via Excel and any other tracking system as required
  • Liaise with various teams regarding arrangement for meetings
  • Participate in relevant internal working groups/projects, services and initiatives to provide information, advice and support.
  • Take formal minutes of meetings
  • Provide timely information and updates on arrangements to the team / collaborators
  • Work on own initiative on a day-to-day basis, autonomously, escalating any issues that may arise to the appropriate person.
  • Excellent presentation skills to support pulling documents together
  • Excellent data skills
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support the Head of the Corporate Practices, which will vary according to the manager’s remit 
  • Maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements
  • 5+ minimum experience in a similar role
  • MS PowerPoint experience as a requirement (3+ years)
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • You are comfortable working within an international commercial matrix
  • Able to deal with different cultural backgrounds
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
