As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you’ll be a key member of our HR & Payroll team based in Asker, Norway. Your mission is to support the clients in delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payroll and HR services. You’ll play a central role in managing complex payroll processes and ensuring service excellence across the board.

• Deliver accurate payroll services for multiple clients, ensuring compliance and timeliness
• Apply the “four eyes” principle by submitting payroll checklists for peer and leadership review
• Maintain high standards of documentation and client file management
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations
• Contribute to improvements and streamline the routines and processes

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in payroll processing
• Solid knowledge of laws and regulations within payroll 
• Strong client service orientation and communication skills
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• Experience in a similar role or business environment is a plus
• Interest in continuous improvement and innovation in payroll processes
