As a Corporate Administrator, you will join a truly dynamic and supportive team of professionals. In this position you will play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring seamless administrative operations and regulatory compliance. You will be coordinating client invoicing, maintaining internal and governmental records, and supporting management with regular reporting. You’ll liaise directly with clients, legal counsel, and regulatory bodies, handling sensitive documentation such as Know Your Client (KYC) materials with discretion and accuracy.
- Administrating large corporate portfolio;
- Liaising with clients on and assisting in the collection of client compliance documentation;
- Assisting with management;
- Coordinating client invoicing;
- Maintaining, updating and ensuring adherence to internal corporate manual and policies and procedures;
- Maintaining all internal and government and regulatory filings and databases, ensuring the same are kept current;
- Regular reporting to management;
- Coordinating Strike Offs and Liquidations;
- Managing communications with clients, government, regulatory agencies and legal counsel.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant corporate or administrative experience;
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise professionally with clients;
- Familiarity with invoice managing, compliance documentation, and internal procedures is essential;
- High sense of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (both in Greek and English);
- Accuracy in maintaining databases, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with internal policies;
- Good Work Ethic, accountability, and a proactive approach to responsibilities;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar studies preferred, but high school diploma with relevant experience would also be considered.
