Discover the Role

As the Junior Legal and Entity Management Associate you will be responsible for handling legislation related issues, with emphasis on corporate legal/secretarial and entity management for the portfolio of assigned clients in TMF Croatia.


Key Responsibilities
  • Providing both client and in-house support by timely responding to requests from clients and/or colleagues from other departments;
  • Keeping up-to-date with the corporate / tax legislation / labour law regulations, organizing the implementation of the respective changes and handling legislation related issues, preparing newsletters on legislative changes for clients;
  • Support with incorporation, liquidation of enti-ties, registration of corporate changes, annual general meetings – governed by Croatian law;
  • Conducting process of bank account opening for clients and assistance with bank KYC documents;
  • Preparing documents for administrative proceedings before various state authorities and personal submission of documentation to the competent bodies;
  • Handling corporate documentation for clients and internally, scanning, copying and archiving (electronically and physically);
  • Supporting development and implementation of new services to be provided for clients;
  • Understanding the client’s activities, and the changes in these activities;
  • Coordinating with external parties, business partners, vendors, keeping and maintaining good contact with relevant authorities;
  • Collaborating with the Business Development team, providing professional support, ensuring continuous knowledge and understanding of the content of the service agreement, drafting, amending, negotiating adjustments of the service agreement;
  • Involvement in client onboarding and understanding new contracts’ scope;
  • Carrying out other professional tasks arising out of the dedicated work role as requested by his/her superior;
  • Striving for continuous improvement of NPS for clients; 
  • Completing internal tasks arising out of employment at TMF Group according to the internal regulations.
  • Following IT and other policies defined by the Group, executing instructions received by the Group.
  • Representing TMF’s corporate values and acting as a role model in front of the team and within the organization.

Key Requirements
  • Relevant professional education in Croatia (Faculty of law, bar exam is not required);
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (in-house and/or client servicing);
  • Ability to interpret laws and regulations and to prepare and execute related practical solutions;
  • Advanced Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel skills will be considered as an advantage);
  • Fluent English & Croatian, spoken and written obligatory;
  • Diligence in performing work;
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team;
  • High motivation and team spirit.
