Database Services Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant global entity records, ensuring timely updates, and supporting governance and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions on client digital GEM platform. This role involves managing centralized entity data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging technology to streamline compliance processes.
- Maintain and update global entity records, including statutory records, director details, and ownership structures.
- Ensure timely updating of compliance filings such as annual returns, board resolutions, and regulatory submissions.
- Monitor and track deadlines for filings, audits, and governance activities to keep entities in good standing.
- Manage and maintain centralized entity management databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct regular audits of entity data and implement security measures for sensitive corporate information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams with organizational objectives.
- Maintain KPIs and trackers in respect of changes to the Client’s requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and global entity management.
Proficiency in entity management software and database systems.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
