The Senior Executive GEM is primarily responsible for providing support to clients and TMF Officers & Directors. As a Senior Executive GEM, you will be expected to guide clients, Client Liaison Officers and administrators on the day-to-day management of their entities and active structures which require company secretarial and/or corporate governance oversight.
- Assist with the onboarding and setup of new clients on internal systems.
- Maintain digital and physical client records in a structured and accessible manner.
- Draft basic templates, board resolutions, and client letters under supervision.
- Coordinate signature and submission of routine documents with clients.
- Monitor compliance calendars and flag upcoming deadlines to the Supervisor.
- Help prepare simple documentation such as meeting packs, registers, and trackers.
- Support in the filing of documentation with QFC and/or MoCI as instructed.
- Keep statutory records up to date in line with client changes.
- Assist in the preparation of annual returns and company secretarial filings.
- Complete KYC checklists and assist with document collection for compliance.
- Use platforms such as ViewPoint, Enate, and authority portals for data entry.
- Help generate internal reports and summaries on service delivery timelines.
- Attend training sessions on company law, trust structures, and governance practices.
- Shadow senior colleagues during complex client interactions and compliance processes.
- A legal or compliance background would be preferred;
- Relevant knowledge of the Commercial Companies Law 2005, QFC Regulations, Qatar Taxation
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Law and Trust Act would be advantageous;
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in company and trust administration and/or compliance – preferably to institutional clients;
- General procedural, MoCI/QFC and compliance knowledge;
- Relevant operational procedures knowledge; and
- Competence in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
