In TMF Group we are seeking a dedicated Certified Auditor Accountant that will maintain direct client relationships to ensure the effective fulfillment of service proposals.

• Maintain direct client relationships to ensure the effective fulfillment of the service proposal.
• Constantly evaluate procedures in the area; implement improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency.
• Review the complete payroll process for the assigned client portfolio.
• Set goals and continuously evaluate the performance of the team in charge (4 people).
• Lead, understand, and make decisions regarding complex technical and legal issues.
• Ensure compliance with all TMF Group policies and local legislation.

• Education: Certified Public Accountant. (Contador Auditor)
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in the accounting field.
• Technical Knowledge: IFRS standards (essential) and ERP management: Oracle (desirable).
• English Level: Intermediate - advanced (essential).
• Desirable: Experience working with client's portfolio.
