Step into a dynamic position where legal expertise meets strategic business support. In this role, you'll guide business development leads through onboarding, draft and review critical legal documents, and ensure full compliance with Saudi corporate regulations. You'll interact with government entities, support corporate services, and maintain meticulous records, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to process improvements.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Business Development leads, ensuring smooth onboarding and coordination with CRM.
- Attend approved events and conferences to gain insights into GEMS processes and regulatory updates.
- Maintain a tracker for BD advisory leads and summarize conversions for onboarding.
- Draft and review complex legal documents, ensuring compliance with Saudi corporate laws.
- Review and verify executed legal drafts and Articles of Association with high accuracy.
- Advise on tradename regulations and oversee applications for tradename, MISA, AoA, and CR.
- Conduct business visits to government authorities for legal processes and document signing.
- Provide guidance on corporate services including ownership transfers, GM changes, and approvals.
- Submit official requests to relevant Saudi authorities, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain updated legal templates and ensure systematic archiving of documents and SIM card records.
- Meet with clients and government officials to gather information and provide tailored support.
- Mentor junior team members, assign tasks, and contribute to legal process improvements and research.
- 3-5 year relevant experience as corporate legal associate or specialist;
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian corporate laws and regulations, especially related to company incorporation and compliance;
- Experience with government processes and portals (e.g., MISA, MCI, Saudi Business Center) for submitting and managing corporate applications;
- Ability to advise on corporate services, including ownership transfers, GM changes, and AoA amendments;
- Excellent organizational skills for maintaining trackers, legal templates, and document archives;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client meetings, government visits, and internal team collaboration;
- Fluency in both Arabic and English language - please submit your CV in English.
