As a Business Development Director, you will drive growth by creating and closing new sales opportunities, expanding TMF Group’s market share, and building strong relationships with prospects and intermediaries. You’ll manage a portfolio of global and regional clients, upsell and cross-sell services, and lead multi-jurisdictional proposals. This is a strategic, client-facing role where you’ll collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional solutions and results.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Upsell and cross-sell TMF services to existing clients.
- Develop and maintain a network of prospects and intermediaries.
- Lead multi-jurisdictional proposals and presentations for international clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from contact to contract with transparency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize deal value and client experience.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and pipeline targets.
- Implement best practices and contribute to sales process improvements.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and use sales tools for forecasting and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in a commercial environment or consulting/accounting.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional language is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional proposals.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and in teams.
- Experience in direct sales, pre-sales, or enablement in enterprise software/SaaS is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Dynamics or Salesforce) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
