Discover the Role

In this job you will be responsible for one of our clients, at their offices, for whom TMF Group provide HR & Payroll services. As the HR Specialist, you will act as the first point of contact for HR administrative related queries. Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents and updating internal databases.


Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of employees certificates (any type of certificate);
  • Preparation of individual employment contracts, addendums to the contracts, decisions, termination documents;
  • Presentation of offers;
  • Signing contracts activities;
  • Personnel files (data collection, completion);
  • Employee data input in applications;
  • Medical leave certificates (collection, verification);
  • Electronic register of employees (REVISAL) verification and transmission.

Key Requirements


  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or other relevant field;
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws;
  • At least 6 months of experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role;
  • Good computer literacy (Microsoft Excel in particular). Knowledge of special payroll softwares (such as DP Payroll) would be considered as a plus;
  • Organized and pro-active attitude;
  • Comfortable having work reviewed and receiving constructive feedback.
