• Preparation of Invoice Register.
• Preparation of Cost Centre Report.
• Prepare Monthly Report (IT Team, Facility Team, Overall Spend Report).
• Monthly TDS workings Preparation & Quarterly TDS Filing.
• Monthly GST workings Preparation & GST Filing.
• Give Finance Clearance for Exit Employees.
• Labour Welfare Fund.
• Professional Tax.
• Overview of Petty Cash.
• Preparation of E-Way bill.
• Fixed Asset Serial Numbers workings on monthly basis.
• PF related queries.
• Sodexo/Pluxee Card queries/New card/Generate Invoice.
• Updating salary Advance/TAP Payment/Signon Bonus on monthly basis.
• Gratuity Form preparation/payment/Tally entries.
• Visit PF office/LIC office/LWF/Professional Tax/Banks/Director's House (Whenever if require).
• Support to Audit Team (Internal & Statutory Audit).
• Passing entries in Tally.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Open to travel client places.
• Tamil language is mandatory.
