This position reports directly to the Legal Director. Responsibilities include preparing the application forms for incorporation, liaising with clients about corporate documents, contact with government authorities and so on.
- Manage end-to-end visa and work permit processes for expatriates and foreign employees.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with local immigration laws.
- Track and follow up with application status to ensure timely processing.
- Liaise with government authorities (e.g. Immigration Bureau, Ministry of Labour) to ensure timely and compliant processing.
- Provide consultation and guidance to clients and internal teams on immigration-related matters.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with legal and company standards.
- Monitor changes in immigration laws and proactively update stakeholders.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities to expand services and improve client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and mobility experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in visa and work permit processing in Thailand.
- Strong understanding of Thai immigration laws and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Experience in client-facing roles or consulting is a plus.
