The Senior PRO Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all PRO activities, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and providing exceptional service to our clients. The role encompasses managing the Public Relations team, generating comprehensive reports for internal and client use, and serving as a key liaison between clients and government authorities at all levels.
The successful candidate will have the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with government officials, client relationship managers, client key contacts, and regulatory bodies. A keen understanding of the latest rules and regulations, the capability to offer guidance on regulatory compliance issues, and active participation in client-related meetings and events are essential. - Supervise and manage a team of Public Relations Officers, including training, coaching, and performance management;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government authorities to facilitate efficient processing of documents and permits;
- Stay up-to-date with changes in Saudi Arabia's labor laws, immigration policies, and regulatory requirements;
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of all PRO-related tasks and projects;
- Handle complex PRO cases and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution;
- Monitor and analyze PRO processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity;
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by management and government authorities;
- Provide guidance and support to CRM’s regarding visa requirements, residency permits, and other government-related processes;
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times;
- Represent the company professionally in meetings with clients, government officials, and other stakeholders.
- University degree in business administration or relevant discipline;
- Fluency both in English and Arabic is mandatory (both written and spoken);
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in HR/Government relations leading role;
- Familiarity with the regulatory environment and government processes/portals;
- Experience in dealing with government authorities and managing relationships with stakeholders;
- Strong knowledge of government processes and regulatory frameworks;
- Customer-oriented, with an understanding of basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching, communication, and process execution;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong cultural awareness and understanding of local business etiquette;
- Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy and strong problem-solving skills;
- Leadership skills;
- High level of confidentiality.
