Discover the Role

As an Intern in our Business Academy team you’ll be able to work with our team on creating different learning programs. You’ll be performing basic administrative duties, while also providing research that supports team projects, all while also aligning to educational or career goals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support any appropriate administrative delivery for projects or programs
  • Conduct research and testing of LMS systems
  • Perform tasks on a day-to-day basis, with periodic review and guidance from line managers, or senior team stakeholders
  • Attend meetings and email threads that include wider business as needed

Key Requirements

Ideally, you meet the following criteria:

  • Graduate or post-graduate student with focus on Adult Learning Theory and Design, or other business-aligned studies;
  • Proficient in MS Office suite needed for reporting and presentations;
  • Shows understanding of processes and systems;
  • Adheres to the values of TMF Group in both external and internal interactions;
  • Shows awareness of who their stakeholders are and their business needs;
  • Responds promptly to requests and whenever possible within agreed timelines;
  • Follows through on agreements and expectations to stakeholders and team, keeping them updated as appropriate;
  • Understand the impacts of poor service and confident to escalate issues when needed.
