Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.

· Create detailed job descriptions and specifications.

· Actively search for candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks.

· Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

· Conduct market research to identify trends and inform sourcing strategies.

· Use LinkedIn Talent Insights for data on talent availability, market trends, and competitor analysis.

· Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics using Avature to ensure smooth workflows.

· Regularly review job ads for accuracy, engagement, and alignment with branding and compliance.

· Provide support to various Talent Acquisition projects.


Key Requirements


· Preferably pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, or a related field, but we welcome candidates from diverse educational backgrounds. Passion, drive, and eagerness to learn are key to success in this role.

· Fluent in English.

· Strong multitasking ability and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

· Familiar with recruitment processes, digital tools, social media resources, and creative sourcing techniques.

· Motivated to meet hiring goals and drive results.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

· High attention to detail.
