Discover the Role

As an HR Senior, you will manage end-to-end HR processes, ensuring accurate employee lifecycle management, compliance, and timely updates across systems. Your responsibilities include maintaining records, preparing complex documents, generating reports, and acting as the primary contact for escalations. You will drive process improvements, mentor junior staff, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless HR operations while safeguarding confidentiality and adhering to global standards.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR administrative processes including employee onboarding, status changes, transfers, promotions, and terminations in client systems.

• Oversee accurate maintenance and timely updates of employee records, HR databases, and payroll data inputs.

• Review and verify HR information to ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.

• Prepare and manage complex HR documents such as contracts, amendments, reports, and statutory filings; ensure contractual obligations are met.

• Generate, analyze, and present detailed HR reports for clients and internal stakeholders to support compliance, auditing, and business decision-making.

• Act as a primary point of contact for client escalations and complex employee inquiries, providing expert resolution and guidance.

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, data protection mandates, and TMF’s internal policies and global standards (including ISAE certifications).

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, process standardization, and digital tools adoption to enhance HR service delivery.

• Mentor and support junior and HR assistants, ensuring quality standards and adherence to best practices.

• Monitor legislative changes relevant to HR administration and advise the team on necessary process adjustments.

• Manage sensitive and confidential payroll and employee data with the highest level of discretion.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR teams, payroll, legal, and clients to ensure seamless HR operations and client satisfaction.



Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; advanced certifications or relevant education preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR administration or HR business processing, ideally within BPO, outsourcing, or multinational environments.

• Strong proficiency with HRIS systems such as WorkDay, ADP, Buk, OnPay, Homebase, Manatal and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• In-depth knowledge of HR processes, compliance standards, and HR best practices.

• Proven ability to deliver accurate, complex HR operations while adhering to tight deadlines.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.

• Leadership capabilities with experience mentoring or supervising junior staff.

• Fluency in English at a communicative level (B2 or above).

• High commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and professional development.
