The Payroll Assistant will prepare payments for different client files. It guarantees the quality of the service both technically and relationally across its portfolio of clients.
- Organizing the preparation of payments on behalf of our customers (suppliers, social security funds) and follow + updating the corresponding procedures;
- Processing of various administrative tasks on behalf of our clients (restaurant tickets, fines, occupational medicine, etc.);
- Processing of payroll (collection and entry of variable items, processing of IJSS, balance of any account, etc.) and monitoring of entitlements and application of social legislation (management of absences, calculation of benefits, participation and profit sharing...);
- Post-pay processing (social declarations, DADS, analyses, adjustments and justifications of accounts, etc.).
- Knowledge of English is a plus
- Degree: 2 years after Highschool - the candidate has followed a university course or business school, equivalent such as a BTS or did a training course in Payroll
- Autonomy, anticipation, responsiveness, timeliness and team spirit
- Mastery of the the Pack office, particularly Excel
- Having adaptive qualities in a scalable environment and new technologies at the service of our profession will be an asset.
Working flexibility
- Remote working agreement : 4 days in remote, 1 day mandatory at the office
- Possibility to work remotely from abroad 20 working days per year
