We are looking for a professional with a strong background in Accounting or Finance and at least 5–6 years of experience in outsourcing firms. This role requires proficiency in local GAAP and tax compliance, as well as leadership skills, analytical thinking, and autonomy. Advanced MS Office skills, experience with local accounting ERPs, and an advanced level of English are essential. - Support the successful execution of all A&T activities for TMF clients, ensuring that work is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

- Regularly update the contact list of the A&T team in charge of the team.
- To provide a quality service, complying with the group's standards.
- Follow up on the suggestions and points for improvement proposed by customers.
- Follow up on the points of improvement and suggestions of the customers are resolved in a timely manner.
- At least 5–6 years of experience in a similar outsourcing firm
- Excellent knowledge of local GAAP and tax compliance; knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS will be considered a plus
- Experience in people management or proven/visible leadership skills
- Proactive, independent, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Analytical and structured mindset, with the ability to follow and improve existing processes
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, along with experience in local accounting ERPs
- Advanced or proficient English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and the local language
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in dynamic settings
