Discover the Role

Join our dynamic student assistant pool supporting mail handling and administrative tasks for a leading corporate services provider. This position is part of a strategic shift from a full-time role to a flexible team of part-time university students. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a corporate setting, support multiple service lines, and enjoy a schedule that fits your academic commitments. This position is based at our Stockholm office (Vasagatan 38) and must be performed on-site.

Working hours

    • Typically 4–8 hours per day, one or two business days per week
    • Additional hours possible during peak periods or when extra coverage is needed
    • Flexible scheduling coordinated among pool members to ensure coverage and accommodate academic commitments

Key Responsibilities
    • Mail Sorting & Handling: Main focus of the role
    • Visits to Notary Public: Occasional errands
    • Document Management: Filing, scanning, copying, and archiving (physical and digital)
    • Administrative Follow-Ups: Communicate with clients as needed
    • Seasonal Peak Support: Assist during busy periods (optional)
    • Cross-Service Line Assistance: Support various teams from the office location

Key Requirements
    • Currently enrolled in a local university or equivalent higher education
    • Proficient in Swedish and English, written and spoken
    • Demonstrates good organizational skills
    • Reliable and detail-oriented
    • Demonstrates a ‘can do’-attitude
    • Interested in administrative operations
    • Able to work as an individual contributor and also work as a team player, when required.
    • Available for consistent part-time work
