Discover the Role

As a Corporate Legal Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and efficient client experience for company registration in KSA. 

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the process, from initial client onboarding to final project completion. 



Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery & Task Handling:

  • Manage client registration on various government portals, including MHRSD, GOSI, Mudad, MoCI, SBC, Qiwa, Balady, Civil Defense, SPL, and Zatca.
  • Request project requirements and documentation from clients, keeping the CRM team informed about progress.
  • Communicate effectively with government representatives to address client concerns and obtain necessary information.
  • Coordinate in-person client visits to relevant authorities with the PRO team.
  • Collaborate with the PRO team to send representatives to file manual requests or address complex issues.
  • Monitor remaining project steps and milestones to avoid delays.
  • Manage project smartsheets, ensuring tasks are regularly updated.
  • Proactively seek additional approvals from relevant authorities when necessary.
  • Stay updated on any changes to government rules and procedures.
  • Assigning task to their team members and ensuring regular training
  • Renew business licenses and subscriptions to ensure compliance.

Sadad Invoicing and Payments:

  • Coordinate with the Finance department to arrange government fee payments for finalizing portal registrations.
  • Ensure all government fee receipts are accurately recorded against payments made by Finance and shared with the CRM team. 



Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Law;
  • At least 2 year of experience either in in-house or law firm role in corporate law field is an advantage;
  • Experience in company incorporation is desireable;
  • Knowledge of government laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia is essential;
  • Previous experience in drafting and negotiating professional services contracts is highly preferred;
  • Good understanding of data privacy and international data law would be considered as an advantage;
  • Excellent English & Arabic communication skills are mandatory;
  • Ability to communicate and interact well with clients, external stakeholders, business partners and colleagues.
