Discover the Role

As an HR Executive, you will manage key administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and exits. You will oversee and guide junior team members, maintain and update HR documentation, and ensure accuracy in all processes. This role involves conducting training sessions, supporting knowledge transfer, and collaborating with local HR teams to improve workflows. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities are essential to deliver high-quality HR services and maintain compliance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handles all HR administration tasks related to the employee life cycle (e.g., onboarding, changes, and offboarding processes).
  • Monitors, organizes, and reviews the work of team members with lower job bands.
  • Regularly updates general HR RDC documentation (e.g., guidelines, instructions).
  • Actively participates in knowledge transfer processes, validation, and communication with local HR teams to improve workflows.
  • Maintains a positive working relationship and team atmosphere.
  • Provides general monitoring and guidance to new joiners on day-to-day activities.
  • Supports the final preparation of documents for four-eyes review.
  • Conducts new hire training and refresher training sessions for colleagues.

Key Requirements

Job specific requirements:

  • 3-4 years of relevant working experience
  • Good English communication skills and other language (Portuguese)

  • Ability to ensure data is maintained with accuracy and consistency
