Discover the Role

In this role, you will support senior leaders while managing a portfolio of clients as their main point of contact. You will lead and guide staff to uphold company standards, ensuring that client relationships are maintained through efficient and high‑quality service delivery.




Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team and manage a portfolio of clients
  • Act as the main client contact, chairing service calls and preparing Board Meetings
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff
  • Drive business growth through new client enquiries and networking
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, fund documentation, and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee fee collections and maintain strong client relationships
  • Monitor communications and guarantee high‑quality deliverables
  • Promote company goals while fostering collaboration and professional development

Key Requirements
  • Proven management experience within a financial institution, ideally in a Private Equity administration department
  • Relevant qualification in the administration of Private Equity Funds, trust, and company administration
  • Certificate in offshore administration or equivalent (preferred)
  • Minimum education to A‑level standard (essential)
  • Degree in a relevant subject (desirable)
  • Professional qualification such as ICSA or STEP (desirable)
