This is a perfect role for a graduate student who is passionate about people, design and organizational development. As an intern in our Global Learning & Development team you will be supporting our L&D team, who is highly experienced, in presentation design, animations, learning how to work digital tools for learning and much more.
• Perform basic admin duties for global learning program & support Learning Partners with self -paced learning, ppt & content design.
• Design material for internal promotion of the learning offer, such as flyer and brochures
• Predominantly will interact within the Business Academy team, though may join meetings or email threads that include the wider business
• Tasks are performed on a day-to-day basis, with periodic review and guidance from line manager or senior team stakeholder
• Understand the impact of poor service and confident to escalate issues when needed
• Follows through on agreements and expectations to stakeholders and team, keeping them updated as appropriate
• Graduate or post-graduate student with focus on Design, or other business-aligned studies
• Experience in content design, graphic design or animation is a plus
• Good eye for design
• Ability to liaise with internal colleagues, business & external providers.
• Confident & comfortable to speak to various people in an organization
• Attention to detail
• Able to do a full time internship for a duration of 6 months with possibility of extension
