The HR&Payroll Consultant will be working within the Payroll Team and will assist with the processing of payroll-related work for client companies.
The HR&Payroll Consultant will be expected to make a significant individual contribution, be self-motivated and liaise with the team and manager concerning their allocated clients.
- Liasing with Employment Office;
- Mandatory communications with Employment Office for new hires/terminations/contractual changes;
- Performs record keeping, reports and payroll processing activities for clients with basic payroll complexity in a timely manner;
- Data input of time cards in the system (Zucchetti);
- Sending mandatory communications to Health insurance funds;
- Regular communication with Pension Authorities regarding changes of beneficiary.
- Good Knowledge of English (B1/B2)
- Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Degree in Law and/or Economics
- Up to 2 years’ experience in similar Organizations
- Understanding of Pension Systems
- Responsible and organized
