Discover the Role

The Legal Intern will work within the Legal Team, supporting the delivery of timely and high-quality corporate and secretarial services to both global and local clients. 

He/She will assist the team in administrative tasks and perform a variety of routine legal and corporate activities under close supervision. 

The Legal Intern is expected to make a meaningful individual contribution, demonstrate self-motivation, and maintain effective communication with the team and manager regarding assigned clients. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Support and management of the global and local clients in the day-by-day corporate and secretarial services;
  • Provision of annual legal compliance support to clients assisting in the financial statement approval;
  • Draft of the minutes of Board of Directors and Shareholders’ meeting of clients and TMF;
  • Assistance to international companies in the incorporation of Italian entities and Italian branches;
  • Draft of Powers of Attorneys and proxies;
  • Attendance to public notarial deeds on behalf of clients;
  • Coordination of the registrations through Tax Authority and Chamber of Commerce;
  • Assistance to clients in corporate operations e.g. changes in Articles of Associations, transfer of the registered address, transfer of quotas, mergers and demergers, liquidation procedures;
  • Assistance and support for all departments on legal matters;
  • Track deadlines, schedule appointments and meetings;

Key Requirements
  • Proficiency in English (B2+)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Law degree
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving and teamwork attitude
