TMF Group looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist to the join the team!
- Manage full-cycle recruitment which includes managing the approval process, sourcing, interview coordination, offer & on-boarding processes.
- Source candidates through industry networking and direct headhunting
- Build strong pipeline of talent whilst keeping up to date with market trends and analysis.
- Ensure cost-effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire talent.
- Develop consultative relationships with business stakeholders.
- Create partnerships with top universities and drive social media branding.
- Be part of a key member of the global recruitment team to roll-out best in class processes and recruitment programs.
- Understands TMF Groups' business lines and any relevant local regulatory requirements.
- Plans, coordinates and manages internal and external tasks to deliver results in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
- Manages internal and external stakeholders' expectations with regards to delivery, escalation concerns as appropriate.
- Builds credibility across all stakeholder groups.
- Candidate possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any relevant
- Have at least 1-2years of relevant in Talent Acquisition or HR.
- Able to develop and implement creative sourcing methods and build professional networks to attract potential talents.
- Possess good communication with the ability to work with stakeholders.
