The HR Administrative will work closely with the Payroll Supervisor and Managers to handle all points linked to administrative payroll tasks.
His/her goal will be to act as a key user on the HR administrative tasks, to support the team and perform all administrative requests.
- Occupational medicine with overall tasks, examples: employer and employee affiliations, following annual and punctual invoicing
- DPAE, employee declaration nearby of the URSSAF.
- Affiliation of client’s employees to life care and health care insurance plan.
- Attestation vigilances
- Various Attestations
Administrative skills
- Good Knowledge of English (C1)
- Good Knowledge in French (C1)
- Proficient in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)

- Remote working agreement : 3 days of home-working per week
- Travelling allowance: 3000 MUR per month
