Discover the Role

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in Tax Compliance and Tax Litigation to join our Tax Services team. The ideal candidate will manage statutory filings, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and provide support in handling tax notices and litigation matters. This role involves close coordination with tax authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of queries and compliance obligations.


Key Responsibilities

GST Compliance

  • Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C).
  • Ensure timely payment and reconciliation of GST liabilities.
  • Handle GST audits, assessments, and respond to related notices.

Income Tax Compliance

  • Prepare and file corporate income tax returns and advance tax computations.
  • Manage TDS compliance and quarterly filings.
  • Issue TDS certificates and ensure reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with Form 15CA / 15CB for outward remittances and interpret TDS provisions accurately.

Tax Notices & Litigation Support

  • Review and respond to notices from GST and Income Tax authorities.
  • Assist in preparing documentation and liaising with external advisors for litigation matters.
  • Support internal teams during audits and assessments.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and other internal teams for compliance support.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.

Key Requirements
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1-4 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Prior experience in a CA firm will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of GST LawsIncome Tax Act, and latest amendments.
  • Hands-on experience in tax compliance and litigation support.
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and tax filing portals (GSTN, Income Tax).
  • Analytical mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
