- Conduct ongoing research in business‑critical areas to support the design and delivery of high‑impact learning solutions.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to junior team members, helping them grow, share knowledge, and apply best practices effectively.
- Own and manage long‑term deliverables, coordinating support from junior colleagues where needed.
- Deliver training sessions to the business (locally or globally) while mentoring junior facilitators in developing and delivering training.
- Lead various projects and programs within the Business Academy, ensuring successful execution from planning to delivery.
- Drive promotion and awareness of learning opportunities across the business, identifying innovative ways to engage the target audience.
- Set the tone for high‑quality service and learning delivery within the team, acting as a role model for excellence.
- Understand stakeholders’ needs and provide clear, practical, “how‑to” guidance to support them effectively.
- 6–9 years of experience in Learning & Development or a business‑relevant field.
- Proven experience in learning design and facilitation, with at least one recognised specialism.
- Strong project management skills and experience overseeing learning programs from an administrative and delivery perspective.
- Solid background in training facilitation and delivering learning sessions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building capabilities, with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels across the organisation.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing at different organizational levels.
- Strong understanding of learning design principles, measuring learning impact, and evaluation methods — and the ability to share this knowledge with others.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism, escalating issues appropriately.
- Proactive in gathering information from stakeholders and sharing relevant insights with the team.
- Curious mindset with a strong commitment to continuous learning — both within the current role scope and future areas of development.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive approach to managing workload, priorities, and proposing solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint aligned with team needs.
- Advanced facilitation skills with the ability to connect with live audiences (virtual or in‑person).
- Positive, collaborative, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to analyze and present data in a clear and meaningful way to business stakeholders.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the financial services industry, ideally in an organization similar to TMF Group.
- Interest or experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) or using digital tools to enhance learning and training methods.
