Discover the Role

As a Legal Assistant, you will support the Legal team in all administrative tasks by assisting in Legal processes, with the completion of forms and preparation of legal documents. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Legal team, under the supervision of the team’s Account Managers, with daily administrative tasks.
  • Assist in completing forms and preparing legal documents.
  • Organize and maintain files and documentation.
  • Help with processes such as domiciliation, mail handling, and document storage.
  • Contribute to onboarding of new clients, including KYC.
  • Support bank account openings and updates.


Key Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and grow—legal background is not required.
