TMF Group is seeking a CMS Assistant responsible for supporting content management processes and ensuring compliance with local and corporate guidelines.



Key Responsibilities
  • Opening of Checking Account
  • Registration of Clients and Suppliers in the System
  • Activation of Homebanking
  • Downloading Checking Account Statements
  • Preparation of Accounting Records
  • Checking Balances of Checking Accounts
  • Subscription of Liquid Funds
  • Requesting Contribution Letters
  • Follow-up on Payments to Beneficiaries
  • Issuance of Invoices and Debit Notes
  • Entry of Supplier Invoices
  • Sending Emails to Clients and Suppliers
  • Sending Information for Gross Income Tax Filing
  • Sending Information for Value Added Tax Filing
  • Sending Information for SICORE Filing
  • Sending Information for Accounting Audit
  • Preparation of Payment Orders to Suppliers
  • Entry of Supplier Payments
  • Issuance of Withholdings
  • Preparation of Cash Reports

Key Requirements
  • Advanced students or graduates in Public Accounting or related fields
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in roles with similar responsibilities
  • Knowledge of Excel and accounting ERPs
  • Intermediate level of English – Desirable
