• Project Scoping & Governance

  • Partner with business leaders to define and document business problems.
  • Build business cases articulating purpose, cost, and benefits.
  • Design governance and reporting structures for projects.
  • Maintain project plans, financials, and risk management.

• Technology-Business Bridge

  • Simplify technical concepts for business users.
  • Manage expectations on technology impact.
  • Ensure clear roles and responsibilities for project team members.
  • Develop transition plans for business-as-usual operations.

• Change Management

  • Shape and implement change management strategies with Operational Excellence teams.
  • Align change plans with technical milestones.
  • Drive user adoption and training across global teams.

• Kyriba System Support & Development

  • Provide day-to-day support for Kyriba and its banking interfaces.
  • Establish connectivity with global banks, including configuration and testing.
  • Collaborate with global teams for consistent service delivery.
  • Prepare documentation and assist in audits (ISAE3000/3402).

• 3–5 years in Treasury or Banking applications (Kyriba preferred).
• Subject Matter Expertise in Banking, Internal Finance, or Treasury systems.
• Familiarity with SWIFT standards (ISO20022/MT messages).
• Experience in application configuration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Alteryx, PowerBI, and automation tools (preferred).
• Formal change management experience (requirements, documentation, planning).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
