Discover the Role

As a Executive / Fund Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality fund accounting services to our clients in line with our procedures and applicable standards. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to our continued success. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple fund structures.
  • Oversee investor reporting, capital account maintenance, and performance analytics.
  • Manage relationships with third-party administrators, auditors, and tax advisors.
  • Prepare and review investment valuations, NAV calculations, and cash positions.
  • Support deal execution and investment closings from an operational and accounting perspective.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP across jurisdictions.
  • Assist with fund audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
  • Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements across the finance function.
  • Prepare the fund’s payment and ensure timely execution.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the manager and team.

Key Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Finance/Commerce.
  • CA or CPA qualified.
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Background in fund accounting, audit, or transaction services (Big Four or fund manager experience preferred)
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and fund structures
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong Excel skills.
