Discover the Role

As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the operational management of fiduciary businesses. Your responsibilities include analyzing trust contracts, maintaining accurate payment and obligation records, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. You will assist in preparing reports, uploading transactions for accounting closure, and providing support to internal and external clients.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. Advanced English proficiency is mandatory, as you will interact with international teams and handle documentation in English.


Key Responsibilities
  • Read and analyze trust contracts from an operational perspective.
  • Prepare and maintain updated files for payment control and operational contractual obligations to ensure proper administration of each managed trust business.
  • Keep operational documentation for each managed business properly updated.
  • Provide the Supervisor with the information and reports required regarding the managed trusts.
  • Upload payments and transactions into the systems for accounting closure.
  • Provide advice and respond to requests from internal and external clients.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor and Management.

Key Requirements
  • Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial institutions or trust companies in operations or treasury areas.
  • Experience with banking platforms.
  • Advanced English level (Required).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
