The HRP Project Coordinator (HRP PC) is responsible for delivering Global HR & Payroll onboarding and implementation projects for TMF Group’s multi‑jurisdictional clients. The role ensures a smooth transition of HR and Payroll services from clients to TMF by managing end‑to‑end onboarding projects in line with recognized project management best practices, governance standards, and service delivery frameworks.
As part of the HRP PMO team within Operations & Technology, the HRP Project Coordinator works closely with global clients, internal stakeholders, and multicultural teams to ensure timely, high‑quality, and compliant project delivery while maintaining TMF’s values, culture, and commitment to world‑class client service.
Project Delivery & Portfolio Management
- Deliver assigned HR & Payroll implementation and onboarding projects in line with TMF methodology, ensuring quality, timeliness, governance, and risk control
- Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for clients and internal stakeholders across assigned projects
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans including scope, objectives, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Manage multiple project workstreams, interdependencies, and stakeholder alignment across regions
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Maintain effective communication with clients, local offices, technical teams, management, and leadership
- Lead and participate in kick‑off calls, status updates, governance meetings, and lessons‑learned sessions
- Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, PMO, and delivery teams to ensure a One TMF approach
Risk, Change & Quality Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating when required
- Manage scope, timeline, and requirement changes using TMF change management and contracting standards
- Ensure adherence to defined onboarding processes, SOPs, and quality standards
Budget, Reporting & Governance
- Manage project budgets, track costs, and monitor KPIs (on‑time delivery, planned vs actual effort, budget variance)
- Maintain project documentation such as RAID logs, stakeholder lists, governance and communication plans
- Provide accurate and timely project reporting
Project Closure & Transition to BAU
- Ensure smooth project closure with proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and lessons learned
- Support hyper‑care activities and ensure BAU setup including SLAs, KPIs, billing, and operational readiness
Experience & Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in the Financial Services industry or Payroll environment with knowledge of payroll processing
- 1+ year experience in a project management role within global or shared services environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resource Management
- Project management certification such as Agile PM, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma (mandatory)
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong project management skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Basic working knowledge of Power BI, Visio, CRM, and PMO tools
- Understanding of HR & Payroll processes and payroll lifecycle
- Basic awareness of HRP interfaces (inbound & outbound)
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)

- Ability to work effectively with global, multicultural teams
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Adaptable to managing multi‑country and multi‑regional projects
