Discover the Role
The Digital Platform Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring smooth operation, maintenance, and technical support for digital client platforms—primarily hosted on Azure, Windows platforms, and data centers.
The role involves troubleshooting issues, fixing defects, enhancing system performance, monitoring applications, and collaborating with IT and product teams to ensure seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide end-to-end technical support for applications hosted on Azure and data centers.
  • Diagnose issues, identify root causes, fix defects, and implement necessary enhancements.
  • Monitor application performance and proactively resolve issues.

2. Deployment & Upgrades

  • Support deployment, testing, and rollout of new components, updates, hotfixes, and releases.
  • Manage regular and ad‑hoc application releases.

3. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with IT teams, developers, product teams, and stakeholders.
  • Gather and understand requirements, set priorities, and ensure timely issue resolution.

4. Documentation & Processes

  • Maintain detailed documentation related to support activities, configurations, and processes.
  • Follow ITIL & ITSM best practices.

5. On-Call Support

  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support when required.

Key Requirements

Educational & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in application support or similar technical role.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Azure, Windows platforms, IIS administration, and application architectures.
  • Experience with MS Dynamics AX, multi-server environments, and monitoring tools.
  • Proficiency in:
    • C#.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, ADO.NET, Web API, LINQ
    • MSSQL (queries, optimization, troubleshooting)
    • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular
  • Good to have:
    • .NET Core, Power BI, Microservices, AWS exposure.
  • Understanding of REST APIs and web services.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
  • Team player with a proactive learning mindset.
