Discover the Role

TMF Group, a leading global provider of critical administrative services, helping corporates, financial institutions, and family offices invest and operate safely around the world, is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager, APAC.


Key Responsibilities

* Build strong relationships with regional business stakeholders and sales team members, ensuring alignment on priorities and objectives.
 * Lead the development of marketing plans for the APAC region, leveraging the global marketing team framework, assets, and resources.
 * Create and execute integrated multi-channel B2B campaigns.
 * Utilize thought leadership, events, webinars, email, and social media marketing to deliver impactful campaigns tailored to goals and target audiences.
 * Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights to colleagues and senior stakeholders.
 * Manage and develop two direct reports in APAC, guiding them in planning and executing regional marketing campaigns and events.
 * Develop a deep understanding of TMF Group’s services and client needs to ensure relevance and effectiveness in all marketing initiatives.


Key Requirements

* 6+ years of relevant marketing experience in a B2B services industry.
 * Proven experience in campaign execution across the full marketing spectrum.
 * Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leadership.
 * Strong ability to prioritize and communicate plans, progress, and results effectively. 
 * Comprehensive understanding of APAC markets with the ability to identify, segment, and engage key business audiences effectively.
 * Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
 * Strong presentation skills.
 * Willingness to be flexible to developing business priorities.
 * Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus).
 * Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
 * University degree required.
