Our Halifax team is looking for the best Analyst in loan administration: 


Key Responsibilities

• Collect and interpret loan onboarding documentation, such as credit agreements or deal packages

• Setup new loans in the loan management system and review for accuracy

• Interpret and process loan lifecycle events on loan management systems

• Reconcile loan related cash activity and investigate any differences between accounts and the loan management system.

• Escalate any differences to external parties and facilitate corrective action

• Monitor client requests and escalate as required

• Work with internal TMF teams to achieve flawless service to our Clients


Key Requirements

• University degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred

• Loan documentation experience is not required, however; the successful candidate is expected to take full advantage of training and resources

• Experience using loan administration platforms such as Sentry, Solvas, and LoanIQ is an asset
