We are seeking a Communication & Engagement Junior Analyst to join our global Change Management team. This role will support the planning, creation, and execution of communication and engagement campaigns for multiple digital transformation and operational change initiatives. The ideal candidate is creative, collaborative, detail‑oriented, and passionate about crafting clear and compelling messages for diverse audiences.

• Support the development and execution of communication strategies for change and digital transformation initiatives across global operations.
• Produce engaging content, including emails, articles, presentations, video scripts, visuals, and internal announcements.
• Create and edit digital media assets, such as short videos, motion graphics, and imagery for campaigns.
• Ensure consistency of tone, messaging, and visual identity across communication channels.
• Collaborate with Change Management, Operations, and other cross‑functional teams to gather information and translate it into clear communication materials.
• Help monitor communication effectiveness and engagement levels, supporting continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain content calendars, stakeholder lists, and repositories of communication materials.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Design, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and audience‑appropriate messages.
• Experience with video and image editing tools, such as: Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Camtasia
• Ability to translate technical and operational information into accessible content.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a global, multicultural environment and collaborate across multiple time zones.
• Proactive approach, creativity, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in change management, internal communications, or digital transformation environments.
• Knowledge of storytelling techniques for corporate audiences.
• Basic understanding of user engagement metrics and communication analytics.
