Discover the Role

The Senior Test Analyst plays a critical role within the Digital Client Platform (DCP) team, responsible for leading and executing end‑to‑end testing activities across TMF’s global digital ecosystem. The position ensures that all digital solutions—especially those supporting global payroll operations—are thoroughly validated before client onboarding and go‑live.

A major focus of this role is Country Setup End‑to‑End Testing, along with testing integrated platforms such as Lexicon, Optix, ENATE, Data Parsers, and other systems. The Senior Test Analyst acts as the central point of coordination for test planning, execution, defect resolution, and stakeholder communication.


Key Responsibilities

Test Planning & Coordination

  • Develop detailed test plans aligned with solution design and business requirements.
  • Support Test Lead with coordination, test data management, and reporting.
  • Define test requirements, scope, and objectives with stakeholders.

Test Execution

  • Execute complete and accurate end‑to‑end testing of the TMF Optix platform.
  • Perform system validation, environment configuration, and data preparation.
  • Coordinate setup and validation of TMF offices and client environments.
  • Manage user access rights and test profiles.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as the primary contact for test execution, progress communication, and defect resolution.
  • Conduct test review sessions and obtain formal sign‑off.
  • Lead test progress meetings and provide proactive status updates.

Quality Assurance & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date test cases, test plans, defect logs, and reports.
  • Ensure adherence to testing standards, frameworks, and documentation protocols.
  • Contribute to reusable test assets, templates, and process improvements.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Monitor execution progress and ensure timely defect resolution.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and testing dependencies.

Continuous Improvement

  • Support improvements to testing strategies, automation frameworks, and validation processes.
  • Conduct post‑test analysis to ensure readiness for go‑live.

Collaboration

  • Work with cross‑functional teams: Optix, Lexicon, ENATE, Parsers, Integrations, Payroll Offices, etc.

Key Requirements

Professional Experience

  • 6+ years in software testing, QA, or related roles (Professional Services, SaaS, BPO, ITO).
  • Experience in global payroll or financial services testing (highly desirable).
  • Hands‑on experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Selenium, LoadRunner, JMeter, etc.
  • Strong background in test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.

Domain & Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of Payroll, HR, Accounting, Finance, or Entity Management.
  • Experience with HCM systems (Workday, Optix) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with test management tools and platforms.
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Project, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).

Education & Certifications

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent English (additional languages a plus).
  • ISTQB, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications (advantage).
