The Investor Services Specialist plays a critical role in supporting investors, clients, and internal teams through accurate reporting, portal management, wire instruction oversight, and operational excellence. This is a hands-on, detail‑oriented position ideal for someone who thrives on organization, client service, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Follow standards and operating procedures.
- LP reporting email management.
- Updating and maintaining various investor portals to include uploading and distributing documents to investors.
- Investor portal question management and troubleshooting.
- Maintain compliance control protocols.
- Onboarding new funds from start to finish with group-level support as needed.
- Interface and communicate with the investor portal software companies or internal group teams.
- Working with managers and or clients on investor communications.
- Working with managers to meet deadlines.
- Maintaining client protocol and best practices.
- Information resource for the team.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Helping set up wire instructions spreadsheets of new clients and LPs at the onboarding stage.
- Performing callbacks to confirm wire instructions of clients and LPs.
- Maintain investor wire instruction spreadsheets and bank templates for clients.
- Assisting with updating wire instructions and confirming the authorized contact for changes .
- Provide backup review for initiation of wires.
- Resourceful and motivated to find outside-the-box solutions to everyday client issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully with many different work styles
- Ability to continuously prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of flexibility and a high level of focus on quality, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- The commitment to independently complete tasks to reach the client’s goals, which at times may require hours above the standard work week.
- The ability to work across multiple software platforms, transferring and manipulating data.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, and Adobe Acrobat X (and higher).
