As a Client Administrator, you’ll support a portfolio of international clients and ensure their entities run smoothly and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as the key coordinator for your assigned clients and keeping daytoday administration on track
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, advisors, and internal teams
  • Joining client calls/meetings and preparing minutes, summaries or followup notes
  • Handling all required filings and submissions, ensuring everything is completed accurately and on time
  • Collecting and organising data needed for audits, financial statements, and annual reporting
  • Monitoring your time entries, supporting billing cycles, and assisting with invoice followup
  • Keeping documentation up-to-date and ensuring all documentation is properly orgnised and filed
  • Preparing letters, notices, and formal documentation related to client entities
  • Managing your workload independently while escalating any unusual matters when needed
  • Supporting colleagues during busy periods and contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Gaining and maintaining an understanding of regulatory requirements, both fiduciary and funds
  • Actively developing your skills and working toward agreed training goals

Key Requirements
  • Around 3+ years of experience in a similar environment (fund administration, private equity, trust/company services, or related fields)
  • Strong organisational skills, a proactive approach, and confidence communicating with multiple stakeholders
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of the team
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
