As a Client Administrator, you’ll support a portfolio of international clients and ensure their entities run smoothly and efficiently.
- Acting as the key coordinator for your assigned clients and keeping day‑to‑day administration on track
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, advisors, and internal teams
- Joining client calls/meetings and preparing minutes, summaries or follow‑up notes
- Handling all required filings and submissions, ensuring everything is completed accurately and on time
- Collecting and organising data needed for audits, financial statements, and annual reporting
- Monitoring your time entries, supporting billing cycles, and assisting with invoice follow‑up
- Keeping documentation up-to-date and ensuring all documentation is properly orgnised and filed
- Preparing letters, notices, and formal documentation related to client entities
- Managing your workload independently while escalating any unusual matters when needed
- Supporting colleagues during busy periods and contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Gaining and maintaining an understanding of regulatory requirements, both fiduciary and funds
- Actively developing your skills and working toward agreed training goals
- Around 3+ years of experience in a similar environment (fund administration, private equity, trust/company services, or related fields)
- Strong organisational skills, a proactive approach, and confidence communicating with multiple stakeholders
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work both independently and as part of the team
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
