Discover the Role

The role is focused on Automation Development using Power Platform, where the candidate is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and RPA tools.

This position requires a blend of technical expertise, process analysis, and problem-solving skills to automate business workflows efficiently and support digital transformation within the organization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and evaluate new automation opportunities, assessing feasibility and impact
  • Design and develop automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Automate Desktop (RPA)
  • Create and maintain solution design documents, user guides, and release notes
  • Develop unit test cases with high coverage to ensure quality and reliability
  • Provide support during and after go-live, resolving issues in live automation processes
  • Identify and communicate technical and infrastructure requirements for implementation
  • Translate business processes and workflow diagrams into automated solutions
  • Continuously monitor and improve automation processes for performance and efficiency

Key Requirements

Experience & Technical Skills

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in automation using Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop (RPA)
  • Experience in .NET programming
  • Knowledge of MS SQL Server or other databases
  • Python programming is an added advantage

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand and implement workflow-based logic
  • Capability to convert business processes into automation solutions
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong understanding of automation platforms and tools
  • Good documentation and communication skills
