Executive level role in Our Organization. Qualified Company Secretary into GEM (Global Entity Management) department.


Key Responsibilities


  • Handles full set of company secretarial documents and activities.
  • Manage a portfolio of non-listed client companies by providing the full set of corporate secretarial services.
  • Assist &/or conduct board meetings, committee meetings, and general meetings.
  • Assist in prepare and maintain compliance checklists, corporate records, including documents related to incorporation, amendments, annual filings, director changes & meetings.
  • Assist in review and finalization of e-forms, documents, statutory register's other records, and emails prepared by the Intern and ensure error free & timely compliances are done to avoid penalties.
  • Assist in ensuring proper & timely maintenance of the executed original hard and soft copies of the documents and files for allocated clients. Assist in updation and maintenance of status of annual compliances or other statutory filings to be undertaken.
  • Assist in maintaining the smooth operation of the team.
  • Supervise and review subordinate's work.
  • Assist the Manager to monitor & manage the productivity and effectiveness of the team.

Key Requirements


  • Degree holder; Student member of ICSI
  • Good knowledge of corporate secretarial law and be familiar with companies Ordinance, rules and regulations of regulatory bodies.
  • Good computer skills with experience/knowledge in Viewpoint system as an advantage.
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Independent and able to work under pressure.
