Discover the Role
The professional will be responsible for supporting and collaborating with the legal team in all legal and administrative processes, with a special focus on drafting, reviewing, and finalizing documents, as well as direct contact with the end client. They will work closely with their team on administrative or legal matters affecting local and international clients and will be responsible for their own client portfolio, reporting to the respective supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing support in the following tasks: maintaining clients’ corporate structures; updating and/or preparing official documents, minutes, certificates, tax records and others; opening and updating bank accounts.
  • Supporting the incorporation and dissolution of commercial companies.
  • Creating, maintaining, managing, and updating files, records, certificates, and/or other related documents, in compliance with legal and quality standards.
  • Preparing and completing official forms and communicating with local authorities.
  • Updating minute books and supporting the preparation and execution of assemblies and meetings of corporate bodies.
  • External representation of the company and its clients, particularly before notaries, banks, auditors, lawyers, and local authorities.

Key Requirements
  • Degree in Law / Solicitadoria
  • At least 1 year of experience a similar position
  • Consolidated experience in Corporate Law or Commercial Law
  • Advanced or proficient English
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office package
  • Strong team-playing skills
  • Quick-learning and flexibility towards changing environments
  • Excellent organization skills and adaptability to a high multitasking environment
