As the Corporate Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the incorporation process for clients in the British Virgin Islands (BVI). Reporting to the New Business Supervisor, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of the incorporation process, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. Additionally, as a Junior Corporate Administrator, you will provide leadership and guidance to the team members, assisting them in completing tasks accurately and efficiently.
· Support the handling of incorporations and post-incorporation matters for offshore companies, including BVI, Samoa, and Cayman
· Prepare and manage routine company secretarial documents
· Assist in preparing resolutions, statutory forms, and client correspondence
· Communicate with clients to support smooth workflow and timely delivery of services under supervision
· Assist in issuing invoices and follow up on payments
· Ensure statutory filing deadlines are met
· Maintain accurate statutory records and update company information in internal systems
· Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
· Degree in Corporate Governance or related disciplines
· 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome
· Strong interest in developing a career in company secretarial / corporate governance
· Good communication skills in English and Cantonese; Putonghua is an advantage
· Detail-oriented, organised, proactive, and eager to learn
