The HR & Payroll Officer will be part of a growing payroll department, providing payroll services to a diverse range of international clients. He/She will have a solid understanding of payroll legislation and will be able to process payrolls from start to finish.
- Establish a good relationship with your clients based on trust;
- Client meetings and conference calls, act as an advisor;
- Act as a team player and contribute to the growth of our team with your ideas;
- Be responsible for a client portfolio assisted by our seniors in more complex scenarios;
- Affiliation of international clients, daily communication with international clients;
- Processing payroll based on input received, providing required output documents;
- Assistance with local legislation;
- Processing joiners and leavers;
- Responsible for the Dimona declaration of joiners;
- Calculation of settlements for leavers;
- Responsible for declarations (DMFA, Belcotax) towards governmental bodies.
- At least 1-2 years experience in Belgian Payroll
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Fluent in both written and spoken English as well as Dutch or French
- Client-centered

- Responsible and organized
- Good communication skills - Communicates information in a clear and concise manner
- Be able to work remotely and keep good contact with TMF colleagues
- Goal-focused (both individual and team goals)y
- Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- A net representation allowance;
