Discover the Role
This role supports testing activities across TMF’s Digital Client Platform, ensuring system functionality, data accuracy, and smooth end‑to‑end integrations for client implementations. It involves executing functional, integration, regression, and API tests across platforms like Workday, Optix, Lexicon, and other connected systems. The position plays a key part in validating data flows, supporting migration projects, and ensuring high‑quality, compliant service delivery under the guidance of senior QA team members.

Key Responsibilities

1. Test Planning & Preparation

  • Support creation and review of test plans, scenarios, and test readiness activities.
  • Prepare test cases and maintain documentation as guided by senior team members.
  • Assist in gathering, validating, and preparing test data.
  • Participate in test kickoff discussions and contribute to planning.

2. Test Execution

  • Execute test cases accurately within defined timelines.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and end‑to‑end testing for digital platforms.
  • Validate new office setups, client environments, and system configurations.
  • Execute user setup and access validation steps in test environments.

3. Defect Management

  • Log defects with detailed evidence and replication steps.
  • Retest resolved defects and update defect logs.
  • Escalate blockers or unresolved issues to senior analysts or test leads.

4. Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with developers, product teams, senior test analysts, and implementation teams.
  • Provide progress updates, highlight risks, and communicate challenges promptly.
  • Participate in review meetings and support test sign-off processes.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate test cases, execution results, and defect logs.
  • Ensure proper use of Azure DevOps or similar test management tools.
  • Contribute to reusable test templates, assets, and reporting documents.

6. Quality & Standards

  • Follow established testing frameworks and best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to TMF methodologies, documentation standards, and delivery timelines.
  • Support continuous QA improvements and process optimization.

Key Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4–5 years of experience in software testing, QA, or related areas
    (or strong academic background with internship/placement experience).
  • Experience in testing for SaaS HRIS, professional services, BPO, or technology environments is desirable.
  • Basic understanding of functional testing, test design, and defect lifecycle.
  • Exposure to Azure DevOps or similar test management tools preferred.
  • Knowledge of payroll, HR, accounting, or financial systems is an advantage.
  • Interest in learning automation or performance testing tools (Selenium, JMeter, etc.) is a plus.

Education & Skills

  • University degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology, or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
  • ISTQB Foundation Level certification (or willingness to obtain) is preferred.
