About TMF Group

TMF Group is a leading provider of critical administrative services, helping clients invest and operate safely around the world. We provide legal, financial and employee administration through TMF Group’s teams in 125 offices across 87 jurisdictions, covering 92% of world GDP and 95% of FDI inflow.

As we’re a global company with 12,000 colleagues, we actively seek out people with the talent and potential to flourish at TMF Group, whatever their background, and offer job opportunities to the broadest spectrum of people. Once on board we nurture and promote talented individuals, making sure that senior positions are open to all.

Discover the Role

This position will shape and lead TMF’s cross‑service‑line AI and data product strategy, building a new layer of value‑added, client‑facing capabilities powered by TMF’s global data and emerging AI technologies.

The role is intended to provide clear ownership for AI opportunities that extend across service lines and require unified direction. This Practice Leader will drive commercial value from AI, setting the vision, identifying market‑driven opportunities, aligning stakeholders, and steering product development together with the O&T (digital/tech) organization.

This is a senior, strategic individual contributor role, operating as a peer to other global practice leaders (A&T, HRP and GEM). The position requires strong influence, cross‑functional leadership, and frequent engagement with ExCo and the Board.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the cross‑service‑line AI product strategy

  • Identify client‑driven opportunities where AI and TMF’s global datasets can deliver new value across practices (e.g., regulatory intelligence, benchmarking, analytics).
  • Shape the long‑term vision and roadmap for this AI‑enabled product layer.

Act as business product owner for AI initiatives

  • Translate market needs, client insights, and competitive intelligence into clear product priorities.
  • Partner with O&T to drive development, ensuring solutions remain business‑led—not purely tech‑led.

Lead go-to-market strategy for AI client solutions

  • Identify target client segments and buyers
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales and Delivery teams to drive commercial value from new products

Drive alignment across service lines and senior stakeholders

  • Engage Practice Leaders, Markets teams, and global senior leadership to ensure strategic coherence and shared ownership across the organization.
  • Present priorities, concepts, and progress to ExCo and Board as required

Integrate with existing and emerging TMF technologies

  • Determine where new AI capabilities should complement or integrate with current service‑line systems and tools.
  • Oversee the creation of mostly new build capabilities that form a value‑added layer across TMF’s offerings.

Shape TMF’s position in the AI‑enabled professional services landscape

  • Monitor industry trends and client expectations.
  • Serve as the strategic voice that defines how TMF competes and differentiates through AI‑driven client products.

Key Requirements

Professional services expertise

  • Strong understanding of B2B professional services (with strong understanding of client needs, service delivery models, and commercial realities); experience in one or more of TMF’s service lines is preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex service offerings into scalable client‑facing products.

AI and digital product savviness

  • Solid grasp of AI‑enabled solutions, data‑driven product design, and client‑facing technology trends.
  • Not required to be a technologist or engineer but must be highly comfortable engaging with technical teams and guiding AI‑based product development.

Strategic leadership & senior stakeholder management

  • Proven ability to influence and navigate senior stakeholders in a complex, global organization.
  • Comfortable operating at ExCo/Board level and driving alignment across multiple service lines.

Product ownership & market orientation

  • Experience forming a market‑backed product viewpoint through client engagement, competitive research, and internal intelligence.
  • Ability to prioritize high‑value opportunities and ensure delivery stays aligned to business outcomes.

Other attributes

  • Strong commercial acumen and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally without direct reports.
  • Comfortable building something largely new conceptualizing, validating, and iterating with limited precedent.
